You are walking your dog down the street. It is a nice day, with plenty of sunshine. One of the onlookers gets agitated after your dog gets curious and attempts to scare him away. Instead, your dog attacks them. Things are bad after your dog attacks someone at a bus station.

Kim walks her dog by the bus station every day. Significantly, she does not have to worry about her dog biting anyone as he is relatively friendly. But things change one day when her dog gets nosy and approaches a stranger. Sadly, they do not like this and attempt to strike them. Kim’s dog bites the stranger. Now, Kim is liable.
