The Scenario

Jenny went to the Doggy Day Festival, a grand event open to everyone in the community and their furry friends. It has events specifically for dogs. Jenny brought her dog Rex, an Alaskan Malamute, to the event and wanted to put him into some activities, including the doggy costume contest. Conversely, Katie brought her dog, King, a Beauceron. Both women entered their canines into the Best Large Dog Costume contest.

Rex stood next to King during the contest, and the dogs eyeballed each other. Then, the worst situation happened. Rex attacked King, and the dogs bit at one another while their owners tried in vain to stop it.

Now, Jenny is in trouble as Katie is suing her for damages.
